Commitment Ceremonies
You’ve found the person you wish to grow old with but don’t wish to be legally married or are unable to be legally married. You can have all the key elements of a traditional wedding ceremony in a commitment ceremony including any rituals, readings, poems, music and songs. You will need to think especially about the vows and promises that you will be making to one another. Most importantly, your ceremony should reflect who you are and how you both feel about your relationship, your hopes and wishes for each other. What do you need to do?Contact me to see if I am available and ask any questions you may have. We can then organise a suitable time to meet to get to know one another and to discuss further questions or queries. I will go through my commitment ceremony planner with you which contains samples of ceremonies, poems, ceremonial rituals, vows etc to assist in the development of your personalised ceremony.
I will then leave you with the planner and we will agree the best way to keep in contact - in person, by email, fax, phone or mail.
Close to the ceremony date, we will meet again to go through the ceremony and make a date for a rehearsal at the ceremonial venue (if desired). What is my commitment to you?
Please contact me if you would like to discuss any variations to the service I can provide. I am more than happy to meet up with you for a chat. |
